You Might Not See It Yet…But Look For The Ripple
If the day-to-day grind is wearing you down, you are not alone. There was a time when I doubted myself and questioned if anything I was doing mattered. Then I discovered the “ripple effect” of relational disciple making.
Through some subtle, yet profound shifts, I multiplied my impact. If I can do that, anyone can.
Let me show you how to become a difference maker too. I’ve helped hundreds of leaders just like you find purpose, inspire action, and transform their community.
You were made for more.
Are You Seeing More Obstacles Than Impact?
We keep telling ourselves the same lies.
Lie #1:
I could never do that!
It’s easy to doubt ourselves or play the comparison game. Hope can fade quickly. Don’t tell God what he CAN’T do.
That’s a lie.
Lie #2:
I have to do it myself
The work never ends. As the pressure builds, we feel more and more isolated. That’s a recipe for burnout, and it’s not what God intended.
It’s a lie.
Lie #2:
I have to do it myself!
Lie #3:
Nobody feels this way!
Everyone else seems to be doing okay. So we hide our feelings, don’t ask for help, or quietly feel ashamed.
But it’s a lie.
You Can Lead with Confidence, Clarity and Purpose…
That Changes Everything
For decades, I’ve guided leaders like you to become the difference-makers God intended us to be. It’s like hitting reset—erasing false assumptions and recalibrating our understanding of success. I help leaders like you explore how to embody 3 principles.
Multiplying
Without multiplication, God’s mission is impossible.
Sustainable
Without sustainability, multiplication is just a dream.
Holistic
Jesus loved and cared for the whole person, and so should we.
Helping Leaders In Helpless Situations
For more than 15 years, I’ve guided under-resourced leaders in the developing world who faced overwhelming odds. Many felt hopelessness. At first, there were no easy answers for them, but we refused to limit God’s potential or doubt his promises.
They needed someone to walk with them through it all. Together, we discovered that some of their well-intentioned efforts were actually holding them back and that God was already at work in their communities.
That’s when they began to shift—slowly and painfully at first—to a more relational approach that was multiplying, sustainable, and holistic. As they embraced these changes, a newfound dignity, strength, and confidence emerged. I witnessed the transformation within them personally, and now the impact in their communities is multiplying day by day.
Their prayer was simple: “Your kingdom come!”
If under-resourced leaders in hopeless situations can make a difference, why can’t you and I? I’ve seen it work in their lives—and in mine. If you’re willing, I can guide you on that journey too.
Be Good News and Change the World
“I believe each of us was created with a unique purpose. God wants us to be good news. There are immense opportunities for influence within everyday interactions and ordinary relationships. You may need to let go of some long-held beliefs about yourself or others, but when you align with this purpose and empower others to do the same, the possibilities are limitless. It feels natural, not forced—resulting in less stress and greater impact. Together, we can BE good news and transform our community.”

I believe everyone, everywhere, should experience the life God intended for us—a life of flourishing, contentment, and fulfillment. This is where we let go of the pressure to perform for God and simply allow Him to use us to make a difference in the lives of others.
If you’re ready to live on mission with God and witness that flourishing in the people surrounding you, let’s talk. I’ve been there; I know the way. Let me walk with you.
